32 Weeks

How far along: 32 Weeks.

How big is baby: Almost 4 lbs, or roughly the size of a jicama. 10 points to you if you know what a jicama is. Only 5 if you’ve recently been pregnant.

Total weight gain: +16.5lbs.

Maternity Clothes: I wore a pair of maternity jeans last night and realized why I don’t want to spend my money on them. They fell off my butt. And momma’s got a butt. Not sure what clothing manufacturers think happens to pregnant women’s butts.

Sleep: 32 weeks of great sleep… let’s hope for 8(ish) more!

Best moment of the week: The first Thanksgiving of the year with lots of great, new friends.

Food Cravings: Butter Pecan ice cream in a waffle cone. Still. I still have not got it. 6 weeks of craving it.

Food Aversions: Nothing really…

Symptoms: TERRIBLE round ligament stretching. Seriously, I called labor and delivery worried I would have to come in because of the pain. And pregnancy brain is here to stay.

Movement: About the same as last week. Moments of action, followed by lots of rolling and stretching. And hiccups. Lots of baby hiccups.

What Iā€™m looking forward to: Thanksgiving this week! Family visiting and lots of feasting.

What I miss: Clothes. Clothes that fit me. Clothes that are my size and fit me. Cute, cool weather clothes.

xoxo, Mallory

Yay for healthy Mom and babe! Way to avoid the cravings and good luck with round ligament stretching!

I found out that our Costco has non-fat fro yo yesterday! Hub and I split a massive one for $1.46! It was on my “experience before SHE comes list” and he laughed when I told him that.

I think washing bath mats and moving the trainer (hub’s job) are about the last things on that list. So when she’s ready, we’re here! šŸ™‚ (Bath mats are in the washing machine now.)

    Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

Girl, when this baby comes you better be allowed to go and purchase yourself a new and beautiful sweater. Because these cold weather clothes need you just as much as you need them. Also, you look radiant. I am loving the plaid and hair and, what looks like, joy. :] I know you’re getting more and more uncomfortable, but I think you’re handling it beautifully!

I will need to get a new, beautiful sweater. As soon as my boobs deflate a bit. And thank you! I’m definitely getting a bit more uncomfortable, but still feeling great. Talking to people like you makes me feel better šŸ™‚
